Provides a simple checkbox field for yes/no, on/off input. 
The data values entered in the field are y (for checked) and n (for unchecked).

Alternatively, you can use a ((Drop Down - Radio Tracker Field)) and offer yes and no as a choice (and it leaves an empty answer)
