This feature allows you to control the menu options that can be seen by a user

The feature is activated in Admin -> Features -> User Levels

As soon the feature is activated, a user can choose his level in MyTiki -> Preferences 
2 levels: simple and advanced

An admin can assign a level to each menu option in Admin -> Menu -> Options
